Every 6 months we hold the Nzime Briefing and each time we try and hit the team with a challenge - Whitewater Rafting, Rodeo Bull Riding... this time was Indoor Skydiving 🤙

Team Nzime amaze me, everyone stepped up, challenged themselves and came away with a massive sense of achievement.

After the last 18 months it was awesome to get together and celebrate and recognise the team for their incredible hard work, dedication and commitment in challenging times.

Nzime's growth and culture has been 100% down to it's team and I couldn't be prouder of them 👊
