I've had the privilege of being part of Nzime for over 25 years. Together we have designed and built the very first websites for international brands and today we're forming and delivering complex brand propositions through multi channel digital platforms.
Bringing the Nzime team together on a regular basis shows that not only do we genuinely enjoy each others company but it gives us a chance to celebrate successes, discuss the previous 12 months, share the vision for the next 12 months and address anything that's on our minds.
We've started something we cannot stop, Nzime parties are becoming legendary.
Every 6 months we throw a party, summer and Christmas, the Summer parties though are also a chance for us to hold the Nzime briefing. The briefings give us a chance to bring everybody together in one place and communicate the Nzime vision in detail to the entire team, covering all topics such as financials, marketing, team structures, wellbeing, wins, losses and much more.
The celebration goes beyond the immediate Nzime team, clients and partners are also invited to join in, without them there is no Nzime. Big thanks as always to Mel and the team at Neighbourhood for helping create it, DJ Barksta for another banging set, Alex Brodella for setting the vibe and everyone else involved.
The power of everyone being on the same page is formidable, the appreciation from celebrating the team should never be overlooked.
