Midweight Digital Designer

You’ll be working alongside our creative team on a variety of projects for our diverse clients. You’ll be creating visually appealing, intuitive and effective designs to meet our clients goals and have an appetite to push boundaries to deliver the unexpected. With support from our design team, we’ll also offer you the space and resources in order to develop your skills as a designer.

Figma skills are a bonus!

We’re looking for somebody who can fulfil most of the criteria below, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box! Most importantly, we’re looking for a keen designer with ambition to develop their skills within the industry and get stuck in.

• 3-5 years experience within a design role/freelance
• A portfolio that demonstrates great digital design skills
• Ability to own your own projects from concept to delivery
• Ability to work in collaboration with others
• Ability to receive and respond to constructive feedback
• Passionate about progressing within the design industry
• Understanding of design principles
• Understanding of front-end technologies
• Understanding of other design methodologies (brand, print, animation)
