Midweight Designer

You’ll be a strong conceptual thinker with 3 to 6 years of agency experience in a design role. You know how to take an idea and run with it, bringing it to life across UX, UI and content in ways that are visually impactful and strategically effective. 

With a passion for storytelling, content creation and pushing creative boundaries, you’re confident crafting intuitive, insight-driven creative that connect with audiences and deliver results. You understand how to design with purpose, always considering the user’s needs, behaviours and context. 

You enjoy collaborating with a supportive, highly engaged creative team, thrive on variety and challenge and are always looking for ways to grow and make an impact.

UX & UI Design:

• Interpret briefs and turn them into user-focused, purposeful design solutions

• Create UX outputs such as wireframes, sitemaps, user journeys and flow diagrams

• Deliver polished UI assets including moodboards, mockups, interactions, animations and style guides

• Design considering accessibility and SEO across all devices

Visual Design & Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality visuals such as icons, illustrations and layouts

• Design content for web, social media and campaigns

• Contribute to video and motion work with ideas, storyboards and basic editing

• Bring creativity and storytelling to all aspects of your work

Creative Development:

• Contribute bold, disruptive ideas to briefs and brainstorms

• Work closely with account managers and developers to bring ideas to life

• Accurately scope and estimate tasks as part of a smooth delivery process

• Help shape internal creative initiatives like our website, brand and marketing

Collaboration & Growth:

• Present your work clearly and confidently to the team and to clients

• Take feedback on board and improve your designs through iteration

• Work closely with other disciplines to make sure ideas are delivered to a high standard

• Stay curious, keep up with trends and grow your skills as a designer

• With support from the team, continue to develop and push your creative potential

• 3 to 6 years experience in a design role – ideally within an agency

• Solid UX and UI design skills with a strategic mindset

• A passion for storytelling, branding and creating engaging digital content

• Confidence using design tools such as Figma (big bonus) and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Some experience in video editing or motion design is a strong plus

• A strong understanding of design principles including layout, colour, typography, hierarchy and accessibility

• Familiarity with front-end workflows and how design translates into development

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• A collaborative, open-minded approach and a hunger to learn and contribute

We are an agency working with exciting national and global brands, delivering excellent digital experiences for two decades. You would work amongst a talented and experienced Creative team with close collaboration with the Development and Client Services teams.
