Junior Designer

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your creative skills and experience and would be best suited to a junior with up to 1-3 year's experience.

You’ll be working alongside our creative team on a variety of projects for our diverse clients. You’ll be creating visually appealing, intuitive and effective designs to meet our clients goals. With support from our design team, we’ll also offer you the space and resources in order to develop your skills as a designer.

• Interpreting briefs and project requirements
• Producing UX deliverables (e.g. reviews, sitemaps, wireframes)
• Creating UI designs (e.g. mood boards, mockups, style guides, animations)
• Creating assets such as iconography and illustrations
• Clearly presenting your work and navigating feedback
• Outputting your work in order to hand-off to the development team and/or clients
• Working on internal projects, including our website, marketing and social media campaigns.

We’re looking for somebody who can fulfil most of the criteria below, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box! Most importantly, we’re looking for keen designers with ambition to develop their skills within the industry and get stuck in.

• A year or so’s experience within a design role/freelance
• A portfolio that demonstrates great digital design skills
• Ability to work in collaboration with others
• Ability to receive and respond to constructive feedback
• Passionate about progressing within the design industry
• Understanding of front-end technologies
• Understanding of other design methodologies (brand, print, animation)
