Pete Clark gave an awesome talk on "Childish Creativity". It's an interesting concept to think about how we're all born creative, then as we grow up we're taught how to do things "properly" and we stop being creative because everything is questioned and needs backing up.
I also loved the refreshingly honest talk from Gemma Germains about how to get clients and when things go wrong in an agency. As a designer I read loads of articles about successful projects and how they go to plan I found it really interesting to hear Gemma speak so truthfully about when things do go wrong, they do and that's okay as long we learn from it.
It's healthy to share these kind of stories within our industry so it's nice to take a step back from the day-to-day and get a new perspective.
